You can enable SSL forwarding under Settings ->System Settings -> Security by checking the option labeled "Forward all HTTP requests to HTTPS." Make sure you are accessing your account using https:// when you enable this setting.

You can also create SSL links individually by accessing your account via an https:// link - any survey links that you create while logged in securely will be secure (https) links.
