Can you please tell me if I'm able to change the title of a survey?

To edit your survey title (which displays in your browser tab and on your survey page if you have Show Survey Title enabled), click the Settings button in the survey editor. Then click Languages & Texts -> Show Advanced Settings and you will see the box for Survey Title, which you can edit and save.
