Responses not taking into account daylight savings time

Question:

The responses we are getting back are not taking into account daylight savings time. A response that comes in at 6pm, still says 5pm. The time is set correctly on server. Any thoughts?

Hello,

Checkbox uses GMT time zones, which by design do not take into account daylight savings time. If you want to simulate daylight savings time you can change the time zone feature to -4 instead of -5 this should have your responses in for the correct time.
