Checkbox licensed users count against your license limit. Licensed users are defined as any users that can create, edit or administer surveys, reports or system settings. This includes:
- System Admins
- Survey Admins
- Survey Editors
- Report Admins
Once you have assigned all your allotted licensed users, you will need to purchase additional user licenses in order to assign the above Checkbox roles to new or existing users.
Respondents (survey takers), Report Viewers, User Admins, and Group Admins do not count against your user license and are unlimited.
