Adding images to header of style template

I am trying to insert a small logo into the header of one of the style sheets. However, I cannot upload a new picture. Please advise.

When you are in the Style Editor, if you click the tab on the left for Header and Footer, you should see an icon in the HTML editor that looks like a white sheet of paper with a blue arrow. If you click this icon, you will be prompted to upload a file to the header, which supports any standard image files.
