I cannot find how to give permission/provide access to only the reports that pertain to a particular user. I have a picture in my mind of how it was accomplished in Checkbox 4.7, but, cannot find my way around 6.0.
If you select the report in the Report Manager, then click Report Actions -> Permissions, you will be able to add users to the report's access list. This will enable them to see the report on their available reports list when they log in or will prompt them for their login then take them to the report when they click the report link. You can also make the report public (available to anyone who has access to the link) by changing the Default Policy to 'View Report'.
