Due to the record amount of snow expected in Boston over the next couple of days and to ensure the safety of our employees, Checkbox offices will be closed Tuesday January 27th and Wednesday January 28th.
Phone support will be closed during this time, but we will do our best to answer online support tickets remotely, as long as the power holds.
Checkbox Online customers can contact support by clicking the blue Support button in the footer of their Checkbox application, while Checkbox Server customers can enter an online support ticket here. We will answer support tickets in the usual manner, in order of receipt and severity.
We anticipate being back in the office on Thursday, but will update the website and Twitter if that changes.
