Existing Checkbox Online accounts are scheduled to be upgraded to version 6 starting at 7am EST on Tuesday February 5th.
While your account is being upgraded you may experience a short period of “sluggishness” while accessing the administrative functions of Checkbox, but should not experience any downtime. Anyone taking surveys during the upgrade should not be affected.
