Checkbox Survey Solutions will be closed Monday December 24th and Tuesday December 25th, in observance of Christmas.

If you have a support issue during this time, please enter a support ticket online or email support@checkbox.com and we will respond to your inquiry, based on the order in which it was received and the severity of the issue, when we return to the office on Wednesday December 26th.
