We are aware that some Checkbox Online customers are experiencing performance and/or timeout issues with Checkbox this morning. These performance issues are due to the launch of several very large customer surveys at the same time. Our development team is working as quickly as possible to create new instances within our cloud hosting environment to accommodate the extra load. We will also be adding several additional hosting instances this week to accommodate larger survey and response loads in the future.
